One Plus is a popular brand in the world of technology especially in introducing its powerful phones. Recently they released One Plus Nord which was about to have a classical design with a classical but powerful approach.
One Plus comes with a greater screen, a smooth surface and shape with enhanced UI. It also contains 5G technology and you can use it for future when 5G will be introduced and launched. Further we will discuss all its features in details and also review it regarding performance and gaming etc.
Performance And UI
One Plus is powered by a powerful and long time performance processor of Snapdragon 765 which is considered as the latest processor of its time. It has 7nm size so it will consume less power and will give good efficiency and performance. Additonally the processor is an octa-core with GPU of Adreno 620. Moreover the phone comes in three variants, 64GB, 6GB RAM, 128GB, 8GB RAM, and 256GB, 12GB RAM according to their performances respectively.
We notice the Android 10 version in One Plus Nord and it has not yet announced that whether it will be upgraded to Android 11 in future or not. But there are many chances that company will update it to Android 11 with their own Oxygen OS. Currently the OS version working in the phone is Oxygen OS 10.5.4 which is good looking and smooth and also some extra features.
Design And Display
One Plus Nord is designed very simply and classical but it is much more powerful as you think. At the back is a simple classical but smooth protective glass and on the top left corner we see a camera bump with flash LED. On the front there are two punch-hole cameras on the screen for taking selfies. You will be noticing that its fingerprint sensor will be side mounted but it is not so. The finger print sensor is optical under the screen as modern technology does so.
The screen size of phone is 6.44 inches which has a resolution of 1080*2400 pixels. It has approximately 408 pixels per inch density which defines the depth of the screen. The type of screen is Fluid AMOLED display with HDR 10+ and 90HZ refresh rate. Gorilla coring glass is used as the protection of the display.
At the back of the phone we see a quad camera bump with a dual LED flash. The first camera is 48MP richer in taking clear photos as compared to professional cameras. The second one is a 8MP ultra wide lens used for taking wide angle photos from short distance. Others are 5MP depth and 2MP macro cameras respectively. Here we see some extra features of camera such as depth effect, night mode and HDR etc.
The front camera is dual camera. One us 32MP camera for normal selfies and the other is 8MP ultra wide lens so that you can take wider selfies when in a group. Moreover the back camera is able to capture up to 4k videos at different frame rates and front camera can also take 4k videos but at a lower frame rate as compared to the back camera.
Battery And Charhing
The phone has powered by a huge Li-Po Non-removable battery of capacity 4115 mAh. The battery life is also good at gaming and also for other operations as well. Here the plus point is that phone also supports fast charging of 30W and company claimed that One Plus Nord will charge easily up to 70% battery only in a duration of 30 mins.
The phone contains several sensors such as accelerometer, Fingerprint (under display, optical), proximity, compass and gyro etc. One Plus Nord comes in two colors, Grey Onyx and Blue Marble.
