Introduction and unboxing
Nubia Red Magic 5S is finally here for review and it has quite similar specifications as that of Nubia Red Magic 5G but has enhanced design and improved storage capacity and type. We will discuss all that in performance section. The phone has a great attractive design.
Coming to unboxing we see nothing so special in the box. Almost everything provided is similar to the previous phone. The box contains an 18W charger with USB type-c cable for transferring data and charging. No hands free is provided in the box so you have to buy it separately.
Additionally there is a cooling fan which is to be bought externally but it is very useful for those users who do long term gaming to avoid heating issues and low performance due to overheating.
Performance and UI
Nubia Red Magic 5S comes with a RedMagic 3.0 UI built on Android 10. The company admitted that their UI is not complete so that’s why users can face minor issues at the start but they will improve it by the change of time. For gaming the octa-core 865+ snapdrargon processor with Adreno 650 GPU and it is the latest version currently.

The phone has also built-in cooling fan which seems to be an extra feature for achieving high level gaming.
Design and Display
The phone has been built using an attractive colorful design but unfortunately there is nchnage in the design as before. The phone’s front and back is protected with gorilla coring glass of npecified version. Rather it is comparatively strong. The back of phone seems to be beautifully painted and it looks like steel but actually is covered by gorilla glass. There is a RGB logo of red magic which blinks and looks great.
